We require a background check for all Staff, Cabin Leaders and Jr. Cabin Leaders. It is the responsibility of the church sending the leader to supply the camp with a background check on each leader that has been completed within the last 24 months.
If you don't have a background check process in place at your church we can help. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take you through the background process.
All background checks should be completed and submitted two weeks before the start of camp. Please email a copy of the background check to email@example.com.
In our efforts to streamline administrative processes, we have made reimbursements available online. Please complete the form below to be invited to our expense program, Expensify. Once we have received your request, we will send you instructions on how to register with our expense program. All receipts are sent to us electronically through the new system, so once you have uploaded them there is no need to keep them.
